We want you to love your ultralight gear and apparel, so we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspections the gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
