It is a colorful blend of brown lentils, red bell peppers, green flecks of spinach, and distinctive bright yellow rice colored by turmeric. Historically used in Ayurvedic medicine, turmeric has been studied extensively for its health benefits, such as improving memory, arthritis, depression, and reducing inflammation, among other things.
In addition to turmeric, Yumibini's Curried Turmeric Lentils and Rice feature a complex blend of several spices, onion, garlic, and a slight zip from crushed red pepper.
